Our worldwide shipping is free.

All orders are shipped from Portugal
Portugal: approximate delivery time of 2-5 business days.
Europe: approximate delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Worldwide: approximate delivery time of 5-12 business days.

Please note at times unexpected delays may occur

If you ordered items on PRE-ORDER,

your entire order will be sent once all items are back in stock and available for shipping.

Orders cannot be edited or canceled

after they have been confirmed through our website. ​

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return

and original shipping charges.

To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications

and use the 'Track my order' feature located in the confirmation email.

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered

nor where delivery attempts have been made.

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners

and hang tags still attached to them. Once the goods have been received back,

they will be checked and the refund of the costs will be initiated.
